History

Our principal and founder has been a part of the Construction Industry since the early 1970's.  Her ADA involvement began in 1994 while under contract with a property management firm as the Construction Manager and ADA Specialist for a Texas based banking portfolio.  The project effort consisted of over 150 properties statewide with an overall budget of $8MM.  The remodels and one new bank building construction were simultaneously executed and completed within the allotted one year schedule and considerably under budget.

Our work has brought about ADA regulatory compliance to such diverse client properties as: Commercial high and mid rise buildings (including class A), retail businesses, apartment complexes and warehouse/industrial among others.  The efforts have ranged from simple parking improvements to major, total building renovations and several full elevator upgrades and modernizations.  These efforts required extensive coordination with government regulating authorities, owners, tenants and management firms, architects, and construction contractors and their subs.
